Order Cancellation Window
At Handero, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@handero.us and include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Orders That Have Not Shipped
If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will review your cancellation request and confirm whether it can be canceled. If the cancellation is approved, the order will be canceled and any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may contact us for return instructions in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Return eligibility, shipping costs, and refund conditions will depend on the circumstances of the return.
Cancellation Due to Order Issues
Handero reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment authorization issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout and issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellation refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Refunds are generally initiated after the cancellation is confirmed.
Changes to an Existing Order
If you need to change your shipping address, contact information, product selection, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.
